Return Policy

At Motherloom - C.S TEX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

How returns are collected

You ship the return to us. When you raise a return from My Orders, we'll show you the exact address to ship to on that order's page — the warehouse that fulfilled your order.

Why per-order? Different items may ship from different warehouses. Returning to the originating warehouse speeds up inspection and refund.

Eligibility

Product must be unused and in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Tags and labels must be intact
Customized or altered products cannot be returned
Blouse pieces, if cut, are non-returnable

How to Return

Go to My Account → Orders and select the order you want to return.

Click Request Return and select a reason for the return.

Ship the parcel to the address shown on your order's return page. Keep the tracking number for reference.

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Refund Methods

Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
